Deluxe Chiyogami boxfiles handmade to order. Chiyogami is an exquisite silkscreen printed paper from Japan. Each sheet is handmade using a combination of different colours, with each colour printed and dried individually. Originally Chiyogami papers where used for making paper dolls and decorating small objects such as tea tins, this traditional craft is still popular in Japan today. We love the vibrancy and touch of these papers and so decided to use them to make our distinctive Chiyogami range.
You may also have your boxfiles embossed with names, initials, dates, categories or topics for filing. Your personalisation can have a maximum of 2 lines of text with 20 uppercase characters (including spaces) on each line, with an option of gold or silver foil, positioned centrally or on the bottom right hand corner of the lid.
Important : If you wish to personalise your order please be aware that Chiyogami papers are highly decorative & more absorbent than most papers. This can result in your message not being easily noticeable or crisp in appearance. Some customers appreciate this subtlety. If a more crisp & prominent effect is preferable view our Plain Iguana Range.
Chrome or brass card frames can also be fitted to the spine of your boxfile for easy referencing and a smart finish. Harris & Jones Chiyogami boxfiles are made with a magnetic closure for easy opening and a clip inside to secure contents.
