How it works

  1. Select your product and its options
  2. Post your fabric to Workshop Team, Harris & Jones, Unit 1 Rook Tree Farm, Hulcote, Bedfordshire, MK17 8BW. Make sure you include your name and/or order number.
  3. We will do the rest

Fabric Requirements

  • Per Small Album, we require 55cm (Width) x 25cm (Height) of fabric. Per Medium Album, we require 60cm (Width) x 40cm (Height) of fabric.
  • Per Large Album, we require 90cm (Width) x 45cm (Height) of fabric. If the pattern is larger, please allow for more fabric, spare fabric will be sent back to you.
  • For the best results fabrics with a closed weave are preferable.
  • In the unlikely event your fabric proves to be unviable we shall send it right back to you.

Features

  • Made from sustainable, recyclable materials.
  • Plain empty pages, acid-free with tissue interleaves.
  • Both sides of the pages can be used if you wish.
  • Personalise front cover & spine, 10mm CAPTIAL CHARACTERS.
  • Add corner protectors, antique brass. silver or gold.
  • Photos can be secured using either photo corners or photo squares.

Exterior Cover

We offer four cover ranges.

 

Designer Covers. We collaborate with amazing designers such as Jemma Lewis, Cressida Bell, Rapture & Wright, and more who produce traditional marbled designs as well as abstract art to cover your interior accessories.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Classic covers. These are made from a uniquely embossed coated paper well-known for its traditional yet modern faux leather look. It is soft to the touch, durable, and FSC & REACH certified.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fabric Covers. These are a combination of both linen & cotton, they are soft and tactile to the touch and available in various shades to suit any project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Patterned Covers, traditionally named Chiyogami. This beautiful, silkscreened paper originates from the Kyoto region of Japan. Each sheet is printed using a combination of different colours, with each colour being applied and then dried individually.

Many of our products have the option of being personalised and the amount of personalisation available varies for each specific product. We personalise our products using a traditional foil block machine into which we will manually select each letter your have used to compile your personalisation details. These letters are then heated up within the machine and once hot pressed into your product under pressure by hand, to leave a debossed indentation. A metallic foil is used to transfer a colour foil into each letter debossed image.
