As a PhD student, I have multiple copies of literature, this is how I arrange mine! Reducing the amount of paper I use is one of my PhD study goals, however, sometimes printed paper is necessary. This is how I arrange my literature papers 📑
The majority of my literary works—about 80–90%—are stored on my iPad, laptop, and desktop computer. Only about 10–20% of the papers are printed for protocol references, which are crucial to my research and necessitate multiple readings.
I was kindly gifted this fancy filing binder by Harris & Jones and I absolutely love it. It keeps all my literature copies safe and secure. 🫶🏼 In preparation for my PhD Viva, I'll use it to hold a copy of my thesis!
