Susi, a former fashion editor for Conde Nast Magazines, creates vibrant, colourful interiors based on original and unique hand-marbled designs. Her striking work is inspired by her time living in Florence, her styling background and her love for colour. Susi has an MA in Fine Art from Northumbria University and her work can be found in collections internationally, having her brand featured in The Sunday Times, German Decor, House and Garden, Homes and Gardens, Homes and Antiques, Scottish Homes and Interiors and The Telegraph, to name a few.

 Susi Bellamy's Design Tips

  • Inspiration. Inspirations for my design come largely from my time living in Florence and I continue to experiment with marbling and mark-making in my art. The abstract designs often come from a small moment in the painting.
  •  Life’s too short. Life's too short to hold back on expressing yourself in your home! Even if you choose a neutral backdrop then enjoy playing with colourful upholstery and original art.
  • Mix mediums. I love showcasing art on patterned wallpaper. And even on my plain walls, I enjoy creating a mixed hang of different mediums and sizes. Framing is integral to creating a harmonious interior look - play with scale and finish.
